By using this monitoring service ("Service") you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Service
   The Service provides technical monitoring (metrics, uptime, alerts) and is designed not to require or purposely store private personal information.
2. Data collected
   We collect only non-personal monitoring data (e.g., metrics, status codes, timestamps, aggregated stats). We do not collect names, emails, private credentials, or other personal identifiers.
3. User obligations
   Do not submit private personal data. If you submit private data, you are responsible for it; notify us and we will delete it where technically feasible.
4. Data retention
   Non-personal monitoring data is retained for operational and debugging purposes for a limited time and then deleted or aggregated.
5. Security
   We use standard industry practices to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Third parties
   We do not sell personal data. We may share non-personal aggregated data with service providers for analytics or hosting under confidentiality terms.
7. Children
   The Service is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
8. Changes
   We may update this Policy; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
