Agreement

By using this monitoring service ("Service") you agree to these Terms.

1. Service
   The Service provides technical monitoring (metrics, uptime, alerts). It does not require or purposely store private personal information.
2. Data handling
   We collect and store only non-personal monitoring data (e.g., metrics, status codes, timestamps, aggregated stats). Do not submit names, emails, credentials, IPs intended to be private, or other personal data ("Private Data"). If Private Data is submitted, you are responsible for it; notify us and we will delete it upon request where technically feasible.
3. User obligations
   You must not send Private Data. You must use the Service lawfully and not attempt to reverse-engineer or access other users' data.
4. Security & access
   We use standard security practices to protect monitoring data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Warranties & liability
   The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages and our total liability is limited.
6. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate access for violations or abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time.
7. Changes
   We may modify these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
   Governing law will be the user’s country law or, if not applicable, the laws of the service operator’s jurisdiction.
